The Pickaway County Center (PC) is located inside Teays Valley High School.

Although Pickaway County is not within the Columbus State's service district, the college answered the call when the Pickaway County Commissioner and Education Council sought approval from the Ohio Board of Regents to have Columbus State offer higher education options in the county.

Columbus State has access to eight classrooms and one computer lab. Classes began in the summer of 2006 with a group of students completing the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Preparation classes. Since that time, several students have completed general education classes leading to an Associate Degree.
