The first annual Spring Fling on the Delaware Campus was held Tuesday, with a lot of fun had by all! The event had to be moved indoors due to rain, but there was plenty of room in the Moeller Hall lobby for spinning the Cougar Prize Wheel. Nancy Cleland, Institutional Advancement, keeps an eye on the wheel as two students try to win concert tickets. All proceeds from the $1-a-spin wheel went to Operation Feed. More than $320 was raised at the Delaware and Columbus Spring Fling events.

Twenty Upward Bound staff members and students volunteered for two hours providing the equivalent of 40 hours worth of work. Upward Bound is a pre-college program for students who are potential first-generation college students and/or from low-income families.
