Leadership Institute 2010-2011 accepting applications
The Columbus State Community College Leadership Institute is a 9-month leadership development experience designed to develop personal leadership and competencies related to leading change.
Participation in the 2010–2011 Leadership Institute is by application only and limited to 25 selected participants. Selection will be based on an evaluation of the applicant’s readiness to engage in the leadership learning experience, and the applicant’s commitment to the time and attention required.
All full-time Columbus State Community College staff, faculty, and administrators may apply. A total of 25 applications will be selected in proportional staff, faculty, and administrator categories. The application for the 2010/2011 Leadership Institute is online here.

Friday, August 13: Lots 7E and 8S

Concert tickets to Lyle Lovett, anyone?

Two retire from IRB
Two founding members of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), Dr. Bill Cook and Dr. Jean-Claude Ba, were recently recognized for their service. Both helped establish the IRB in 2007 and have completed three-year terms. The IRB is a group of five members appointed by the president who review research protocols to ensure that the rights of human subjects are protected.
